Appointment Cancellation

When you make your booking, you are reserving a space in our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel your appointment so we can make the space available to other people.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. You will still be charged the full amount if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your booking date.
